If I this place was the only place to get tires in Fort Smith I would drive to Tulsa to get them. I have used this place many times for a fleet vehicle I drive. The guys at the front desk are always a pain to deal with . They think of every way not to have to provide me with service because they have to get prior authorization to work on my vehicle. Their attitudes stink and the customer service is awful. If I were to treat my customers like they do I would be on the soup line. I will never go back there and will highly recommend that others with in my company never use them again.

Got my semi in and out fast and reasonable price. Thank you Scott R. For being kind. Reasonable, and just plain helpful without being that overbearing sales type guy. You made my day and got me in the road much safer than I came in. 10/10 service at this location. I'll be back!
